Commissions

Commission Process

  1. The client messages the artist to request a commission.

  2. The client pays the artist before the project begins, once the artist accepts the commission.

  3. The artist will provide the client a sketch/ proof of concept.

  4. If the client approves of the sketch, they will pay the artist once more to finalize the artwork.

  5. The artist will deliver the artwork to the client once it's complete.

Commission Types

Headshots

  • Single character on a 64x64px canvas with a flat colour background.

  • The image will be exported at a 1080x1080px upscale in a PNG or JPEG format.

  • +50% of the cost per additional icon.

Terms of Service

By choosing to work with the artist, you, the client, agree to the following terms:

  1. The client must pay the artist before the project begins and after the sketch has been approved. Bank transfers only.

  2. The artist may decline a commission outside of the their ability or subjects the artist will not draw.

  3. The artist will not accept commercial work until further notice.

  4. The client cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork.

  5. The client may not use the artwork for NFT or AI purposes.

  6. The artist retains the right to own, display, promote and, within reason, profit from the artwork.

  7. The client may print the artwork for safe-keeping.

  8. The client may request their name in association with the artwork to be displayed as "Anonymous", free of charge.

  9. The client may request for an archived copy, if the artwork has been misplaced, at a cost. The artist will archive the artwork for a year.

  10. The client is given 2 complementary revisions. Revisions are only available during the sketching phase.

  11. The client will make no futher changes after the sketch has been approved. Mistakes made by the artist will be corrected at no cost.

  12. the artist will issue a refund if they cannot complete the project after the sketch has been approved by the client. Payment made before the project's development is non-refundable.

  13. Communiciation, pricing inquiries, general inquiries, and delivery of artwork will be made via email or Discord. Updates will be provided throughout the project's duration.

  14. The client will be warned followed by a blacklist, in failure to follow these terms.

  15. The client will forfeit rights to use the artwork and be blacklisted, in an attempt of a chargeback.
