Commission Types

There are no particular commission types, as every request varies from person to person. If you want to get a sense of what I usually do, refer to my Portfolio page.

Commission Process

The artwork is created in 3 phases:

  1. Silhouette

  2. Linework

  3. Colour, shading, and background

Terms of Service

Terms of service are as follows:

  1. Pricing: there will be a starting price followed by a charge for any additional element. What constitutes an additional element will vary on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Payment: client must pay 50% before the start of the project and 50% halfway through the project (before phase 3), with the 1st half being non-refundable. BANK TRANSERS ONLY. If the client desires to pay more than the agreed upon price, they must do so after the project is complete. No chargebacks allowed.

  3. Commercial work: artist will not accept commercial work until further notice. Artwork for personal use only.

  4. Ownership (Client): client cannot claim ownership, edit, distribute, display without credit, or profit from the artwork or use the artwork for AI or NFT purposes.

  5. Ownership (Artist): artist retains rights to own, edit, distribute, profit from (within reason), and display the artwork.

  6. Privacy: any artwork will not be displayed publicly by the artist or the client until the project is complete. The client's name will be displayed along with the artwork, but the client may request to be named "Anonymous". Reference photos may be requested to be omitted from public display.

  7. Revisions: the client is allowed 3 complementary revisions, any more will be charged. Revisions can only be done during phase 3.

  8. Safe-keeping & Retrieval: the artwork will be archived for 1 year. In the event that the client has lost the artwork, they may request an archived copy, for a fee. The client may print the artwork for safe-keeping, while still abiding by rule 4.

  9. Refusal: the artist is allowed to decline a request or refuse to continue a project, for any reason.

  10. Updates & Communication: updates on the artwork will be issued on a weekly basis or sooner. You may contact the artist through the options linked/displayed on the bottom of the website, but preferably Discord.

  11. Blacklisting: failure to follow these terms will result in a warning followed by a blacklist. Chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist.
